I don’t see the data for today for electricity and gas
Solution:
– navigate to UMeter LIVE
– if you see realtime graph with data, that means your UMeter LIVE device works correctly.

I don’t see the data for today neither on electricity and gas pages nor on UMeter LIVE page
Solution:
– navigate to Locaties beheren (manage location)
– inside `Locaties beheren (Manage locations)` block find UMeter LIVE section with 4 icons ( cross, graphs, link, key )
– check that you have green circle with check mark icon before `UMeter LIVE`
– click on 4th `key` icon and copy password
– click on 3rd `link` icon. You will be navigated to UMeter LIVE device setup page on your home network.
UMeter LIVE device setup page:
– paste password into `Password` field
– click login
– on top menu you will see 4 buttons: Reactivate, Factory reset, Reboot, Turn off.
– click `Reboot` button.

How to remove UMeter LIVE device
Website:
– navigate to my.umeter.nl
– login
– navigate to Locaties beheren (manage location)
– inside `Locaties beheren (Manage locations)` block find UMeter LIVE section with 4 icons ( cross, graphs, link, key )
– click on 4th `key` icon and copy password
– click on 3rd `link` icon. You will be navigated to UMeter LIVE device setup page on your home network.
UMeter LIVE device setup page:
– paste password into `Password` field
– click login
– on top menu you will see 4 buttons: Reactivate, Factory reset, Reboot, Turn off.
– click on `Factory reset` button.
– your UMeter LIVE device will be moved to `Factory Mode` and shut down.

– inside `Locaties beheren (Manage locations)` block find UMeter LIVE section with 4 icons ( cross, graphs, UMeter LIVE link, UMeter LIVE password)
– click on 1st icon `cross`
– click `Ja ( Yes )` to confirm.
To activate UMeter LIVE again:
– unplug UMeter LIVE device and plug it to the power ( This is the only case when you need to unplug and plug )
– follow the steps from activation manual
